Subscriptions
This upcoming 2022-2023 season, the J. Scheidegger Center
for the Arts will open subscription purchases to new and renewing subscribers. Current
subscribers and subscribers to the 2019-2020 season will be eligible to renew
their subscription during the early-access period for the 2022-2023 season.
Season Subscribers
To become a subscriber you must purchase tickets to the
entire Touring Series. These can be purchased online, in-person, and over the
phone.
Partial subscriptions
Partial subscriptions are only available to returning
19-20 and 21-22 subscribers, allowing them to retain their status if they
are unable to attend all the events. To become a partial subscriber, you must
purchase at least half of all touring series shows. Partial subscriptions
cannot be purchased online and are only available by calling or visiting the
box office in person.
Subscriber Benefits
Both Partial and Full-Season Subscribers Receive
Pre-Sale Access
Pre-sale ticket access gives
customers the advantage of being the first to select shows they want to attend
and select their seats for the season (and any special events) before it opens
to the general public.
Keep Your Seats Year to Year
Subscriber packages will roll
over into the new season, allowing partial-season and full-season ticket
holders to renew the same seats they had the previous year.
Full-Season Subscriber Benefits
Loyalty Card
Full-season subscribers will
receive a loyalty card. Show your card at the subscriber kiosk, box office and
concession stands to get certain benefits.
Special Refund Privileges
Full-season subscribers will be
eligible for “special consideration” refunds. If a refund is approved, tickets
will be refundable for the face value of their ticket. Excludes service and
online convenience fees.
Exclusive Subscriber Receptions
Every full-season subscriber
ticket holder will receive an invitation to one subscribers-only
reception as well as any other exclusive, pre-performance events.
Complimentary Drinks & Concession Discounts
Subscribers will receive a drink
coupon redeemable at concessions to use on the night of the performance.
Show your subscriber loyalty card
for 20% off concession stand snacks.
Free Admission to Academic Shows
Full-season subscribers will have
an opportunity to experience the College of Arts and Humanities academic
performances which include theatre, music, and dance programs.
Subscribers
must pre-register in order to guarantee a seat in the case of a sold out
performance.
VIP Parking Placard
There will be special VIP parking
spaces on the east side of the Scheidegger Center held for full-season
subscribers on nights of touring shows. Show your parking placard and gain
entry to special VIP parking. Every subscriber receives one placard for their
first two tickets – and an additional placard for every two tickets after that
(rounded down).
VIP Theater Entrance for Orchestra-Level Ticket Holders
Full-season subscribers will gain
access to the VIP theater entrance that will allow them to skip the long lines
and easily access their seats as soon as doors open. (Applies to
orchestra-level seating only.)
Refunds
Refunds are not permitted except in the case of event
cancellation. If a refund is deemed to be necessary, it will be provided for
the face value of the ticket only. Service and handling fees are never
refundable.
Donate your tickets
Donating the value of your tickets is a great way to support
the arts if you are no longer able to attend an event. Your donation will be a
tax-deductible gift for the face value of the ticket. You are able to do this
self-service if you ordered online by visiting the “Your Orders” page and
selecting the order you will be returning. Click Return Without Refund, and you
will receive confirmation after your return of your donation.
You may also contact the box office by visiting in person or
calling 636-949-4433, and we can walk you through the donation process.
Ticket donations to the J Scheidegger Center for the Arts
can be used as a tax write-off to the extent allowable by law.
Subscriber Refunds
Refunds are available for Scheidegger Full-Season
Subscribers in specific circumstances when they affect one’s ability to attend
a performance:
- Hospitalization (Emergency & Planned)
- Death
- Employee Relocation
- Military Deployment
- Extreme Weather Conditions
Other unique circumstances may apply at the discretion of management.
Subscribers may also donate their tickets for a tax write-off (recommended) or exchange them for a different show.
These refund privileges do not apply to partial subscribers or the general public.
